Minnesota Coalition for Adoption Reform is a non-partisan, all-volunteer group of individuals who worked to reform Minnesota law so that adult adoptees will have access to their own original birth certificates.
We are adoptees, birth parents, adoptive parents, and adoption professionals, as well as our families, friends, and supporters.
