Minnesota Coalition for Adoption Reform is a non-partisan, all-volunteer group of individuals working to reform Minnesota law so that adult adoptees will have access to their own original birth certificates.
Our members are adoptees, birth parents, adoptive parents, and adoption professionals, as well as our families, friends, and supporters. Membership is open to anyone who supports adult adoptee access to original birth records in Minnesota.
There is no fee for membership.
